Guests have complete private access to the villa, grounds, and driveway. Please note, the garage is locked for storage purposes. As local hosts based in Cairns, we’ll personally greet you on arrival to show you around, then leave you to enjoy your stay in privacy — though we’re only a phone call away if you need us.

Hiring a car is the best way to explore, though buses also connect you to Cairns and Port Douglas.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
