Hello Veronica, I am sorry to hear that, but let me explain few points: - All floors of the building are working, we owns three floors of it and all are finished and done completely. - Concerning noise, may be it comes from the ground floor, since the Egyptian government beatify and redecorate the entrances of the buildings to match the designs of the GEM in a preparation for its opening. These decoration works take place in certain times for few hours only and do not last for the whole day.- Concerning water, we have a huge water tank specially for emergency cases, so water cut off is impossible. We did not receive any complains from you concerning this matter along your stay.- Concerning the hot water, when you inform us that there is no hot water, we immediately sent the room service to you, and we found that you were just opening it the wrong way. - We clean rooms according to the guests demand whenever they want and if we found that there is lack of (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, etc) we add new ones of it, but you did not ask for that. - Once you asked for more toilet paper and a hair dryer, we immediately gave it to you. Since we have no problem with that. It is our pleasure to serve our guest, fulfill their needs and get their satisfaction. Not only in Egypt that merchants try to sell you the goods, its a concept spread all over the world, once sellers see you as a foreign tourist. We are very glad that you noticed we do not apply such fraudulent concepts. As for the surrounding area, we are in a vital area in front of the Grand New Museum, and it is evolving and day by day. Concerning our prices, we see that our prices are not high compared to other hotels nearby. Furthermore, these days and for the coming two months, it is our tourism season; Accordingly, the prices will be much higher than any other time during the year in all hotels of Egypt, not only us.Hope to see you again Mr.Darren when the GEM is opined and you will find all things that you had comments on changed for the better.

As for your comment concerning the building, construction, and location, let me explain the situation for you; our building is completely constructed, but the construction works that took place belongs to the Egyptian government as they were beautifying the facade of all the buildings in the neighborhood to match the opening of the grand new museum. If any maintenances have been happened, it must be an emergency case. As for the location, the direct way to our hotel is closed based on the government's orders since they are constructing the underground that will link the Grand New Museum with the downtown. So it is out of our hands. As for the shower, we did not get any complaints from you concerning this problem, if you informed the front desk, they would solve it immediately.
