Beautiful villa with pool and stunning views
Accommodation description:
Beautifully located villa just a few kilometres from the historic town of Cahors, known for its many vineyards and authentic centre.
The villa is quietly located and features a large swimming pool, a terrace with the necessary garden furniture, and lovely views over the green surroundings. Ideal for peace seekers and culture lovers.
The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor and a garage in the basement, along with another bedroom that is lovely and cool in the summer
The villa is a stone's throw from Cahors, famous for its wine and the Pont Valentré, an imposing bridge with several locks over the Lot river. The surrounding area is exceptionally vast and is just part of the grand Causses de Gramat: a 350-metre-high limestone plateau with rock walls so high that even mountain goats are frightened by them. Explore Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Rocamadour to learn about the region's history. Bonaguil Castle, a 13th-century gem, stands majestically there. In the summer, the area comes alive with markets, food festivals (complete with evening snacks and live music, because eating without a tune is boring), and flea markets. You can also sit back on an outdoor terrace with a drink of your choice
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
