Spacious Villa In Quiet Location With Pool, Superb Views and close to village.

This modern and well equipped villa is located in Foz do Arelho, a small coastal village close to the spectacular medieval walled town of Obidos and the bustling shops and markets of Caldas da Rainha. It can be reached in under an hour from Lisbon airport. The villa is situated in a quiet corner near the centre of the village and only a 10 mins walk from the beach. There are 3 superb golf courses within 20 mins and the town offers excellent access to watersports both in the tempestuous Atlantic for surfing or boogieboarding or in the Obidos Lagoon which offers a calm and shallow alternative, perfect for bathing, canoeing, windsurfing and even kitesurfing at the nearby club. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, cable TV, wireless internet, CD and DVD player. The villa's private garden and large sun terrace (with BBQ), lead onto a shared pool area at the rear of the property.
