House with 160m2 facing south with an exceptional view in an olive grove only 10 minutes walk from the village.
You will find 4 bedrooms 160x200 bed with air-conditioned. 2 of them are with private shower and toilet, 1 bathrrom with bath and toilet and 1 one toilet (total 4 toilets, 3 bathroom). Fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave) open on a large living room with TV and connected to a large terrasse with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature and sea view. A splendid private infinity pool with wide beaches (sun and shadow) and a hot tub are available. Enjoying a playground for playing petanque in a beautiful garden. Parking for several cars.

Fantastic spot

We had a very lovely stay in Callas and the location of the house as well as the house and the facilities are perfect. Very nice rooms, a lovely terrasse and a fantastic pool. We would love to come back!! The communication with the hosts worked very well and all in all a very nice vacation.

Beautiful, well equipped property with the most amazing views! Ideal space for a family with teenagers and the outdoor area was incredible. The saltwater pool was also a plus point.Easy walk to the village, with a lovely bakery, bar and restaurants. Negotiating the drive to the villa took a little getting used to (narrow roads on a one way system)Sebastian and Sophie were fantastic hosts with lots of useful tips regarding nearby places to visit.Fully recommend as we had a wonderful stay.

Très belle vacances ! Nous avons bien profité de l’ensemble immobilier. Piscine jaccuzi… une vue exceptionnelle ! Chambres climatisées ! Des propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Je recommande a 200 %.

Beautiful location, stunning views

This is a fabulous house, very spacious and with spectacular views from the terrace. It has everything you need and a lovely pool. There’s lots to explore in the local area including vineyards (delicious Rose!) and the Gorges Du Verdon. Callas is a very pretty village and the centre is just five minutes walk down the hill from the house (a few minutes more on the way back!) Sebastian and Sophie are great hosts, very helpful yet unobtrusive. All in all a wonderful week in Provence.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt.

Das Objekt lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Insbesondere in Zeiten von Covid 19 haben wir uns in dieser kleinen abgeschotteten Idylle, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Lokaltypische Gassen, Restaurants und eine Bäckerei mit allerhand Leckereien, sind nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Sebastian und Sophie sind unglaublich liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Hosts. Auch nach der Anreise waren Sie bei Fragen immer erreichbar und haben mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Highlights des Objects waren für uns mit Sicherheit die Aussicht, eine liebenswerte aber diskrete Katze, die immer mal wieder zu Besuch kam, der Pool (ohne Chlor) sowie der Whirlpool. Insbesondere in der Abendstimmung lädt dieser zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Une maison idéale, des propriétaires très agréables

L'acceuil de Sophie et Sebastian est très chaleureux. Ils répondent à toutes les questions posées. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée, très bien isolée. La piscine est très belle et le jacuzzi fort agréable. Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte.

Fantastisch huis

2 week lang samen met mijn familie mogen genieten van dit prachtige huis. Het huis is voorzien van alle faciliteiten en ook de huiseigenaren hebben onze vakantie samen onvergetelijk gemaakt door het enthousiasme en de tips die zij ons konden geven. Kortom een fijn verblijf gehad!

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les extérieurs . Le jardin fleuri et entretenu avec soin, agrémenté de beaux oliviers, aux recoins propices au repos et la lecture avec l'ombre et le soleil au gré de la journée. La couleur de la piscine qui se fond dans le paysage sans le dénaturer ajoute à l'ensemble cette impression de nature et de sérénité et permet le rafraichissement attendu lors de journées chaudes, sans abus de produits, assez grande pour nager un peu : le débordement participe à garantir sa propreté en plus de l'aspect esthétique. Le pool house est un lieu bien pensé qui permet détente et temps de petits jeux de société à l'abris du vent, vent qui lors de notre séjour s'est montré bien agréable. Le terrain de pétanque est un plus. La terrasse en hauteur avec vue dégagée sur des collines et sur un petit coin de mer est un lieu agréable, pratique , sans oublier le jacuzzi relaxant. Le cadre général est apaisant et calme. Il est possible de se rendre à pied au village (boulangerie, superette d'appoint) même si la remontée est un peu ardue, elle se fait sans problème . La maison est fonctionnelle et fraiche et rien à redire sur la literie (avec ses moustiquaires). Sa localisation permet de rayonner : Verdon, Esterel, lac, villages ... C'est une belle région et la mer n'est pas si loin. Merci à Sébastien et Sophie pour leurs attentions discrètes : leur maison est idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Location Callas

Bonjour, Globalement tout était parfait, surtout les extérieurs, les propriétaires au top et toujours dispo, pour l'intérieur, il manquait la climatisation et un matelas plus ferme pour ma part (car suite opération du dos, je dors désormais avec des matelas fermes).... Mais notre séjour est assurément à noter 5/5. Nous y reviendrons sûrement pour visiter les choses que nous n'avons pas pu faire durant notre séjour.

Une semaine de rêve

Propriété dans un lieu calme, superbe piscine sel-magnésium très agréable pour la peau, jacuzzi relaxant, jardin en terrasse très soigné et bien entretenu, avec des oliviers et des fleurs, intérieur impeccable, bibliothèque bien fournie, équipement de cuisine complet, la maison est de plein pied, pas de chaleur étouffante grâce à l’isolation de la maison et également vent marin rafraîchissant, Sébastien et Sophie sont des hôtes très attentionnés, disponibles et à l’écoute. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller la location de cette magnifique maison

The Best Yet!

Having stayed in Bargemon/Callas/Lorgues for the last 6 years, this stay was our best yet. The villa is fabulously equipped and provides a short walk to the centre of town for all the essentials (morning coffee, Rose, etc). The pool is larger than it looks in the pictures and the lovely thing is there's not a very deep end, so makes for a perfect pool for all ages. Thanks to Sebastian & Sophie for being great hosts and being flexible with all the uncertainty around the COVID situation. This was a fabulous villa, which I would highly recommend.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances très reposantes car la propriété est située dans un coin très calme au milieu des oliviers. La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, la literie est parfaite, la terrasse est très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très sympas nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un petit coin de paradis où nous y retournerons volontiers.

Fabuleux !

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cette propriété magnifiquement située . L’habitation est très confortable et les piscines sont dans un état d’entretien impeccable. De plus, les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et accueillant. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y tournerons sans hésitation . Nous recommandons vraiment cette location !

Traumhafter Ausblick von wunderschöner Terasse

Wir wurden von supernetten Vermietern empfangen. Das Haus lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, es ist optimal geeignet für 2 Familien. An dem tollen Pool kann man sich wunderbar entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht

Eine modern und schön eingerichtete Villa (sauber und gepflegt) mit zwei schönen Pools. Besonders der größere Pool (Infinity) hatte es uns und unseren Kindern angetan. Er war in Super-Zustand und wurde von Sébastien regelmäßig gewartet. Sophie und Sébastien sind sehr sympathisch und nett. Der Ort Callas hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen, er liegt abseits von den großen Touristenzentren, ist aber trotzdem lebendig und bietet mehrere Restaurants, sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zweimal in der Woche findet ein Markt statt. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich, auch um das wirklich schöne Hinterland (Bergdörfer/ Gorges du Verdon) zu erkunden oder Ausflüge zur Côte d'Azur zu machen. Wir möchten sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Belle découverte!!

Maison lumineuse et spacieuse, au calme avec sa vue apaisante au sein des oliviers. Nombreux villages et excursions pittoresques à proximité (45 min de Frejus ou des gorges du Verdon...) Le tout agrémenté de la gentillesse et de la bienveillance de nos hôtes, qui nous auront donné envie de revenir à Callas!

Séjour très agréable

Séjour agréable dans une maison très bien agencée. La vue est très belle et permets un repos total. La situation est idéale pour rayonner en Dracénie et se rendre dans les Gorges du Verdon. Propriétaires très sympathiques et chaleureux, excellent accueil.
