    This spacious, rustic vacation home is ideal for a successful vacation with your loved ones and is located just 2 km from the beach on a 3000 m² plot with private pool, tennis court and barbecue area with stone seating. The living ? and dining room is equipped with a large dining table for 10 people and has access to a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun or the evening breeze. The villa has 5 bedrooms, two of them with double beds. You will also find a ping pong table on the first floor, which is great fun for young and old. The house is located near the village of Calonge, a coastal town that offers you a variety of activities: Kayak, Paddle Surf, Mountain Bike, Golf, etc.

    Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Up to two pets are allowed.
