CAMBO, C356: T3, in a recent Residence, in the city center with park and swimming pool*, T3 apartment, on the ground floor with living room opening onto terrace. Independent equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Living room, dining room, 1 bedroom with 160 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds, 1 bathroom equipped with a dryer. 2 parking spaces with shoe, swimming pool.
Internet access. Small pets tolerated. No smoking inside.
*Swimming pool open in July and August only. Any decision relating to the swimming pool concerns the condominium trustee. As a result, no discount will be granted if the swimming pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible for this. Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything that they believe is not in conformity, or anything that our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to note that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- T3 exit cleaning: €66.
