You will need to stay in communication for check-in to ensure they are available you help you. They do have a after hours lock box to be able to access your room. We did not need but it was communicated to us the morning of check-in.”

“This is the best rental in the area. The home is modern and very cozy. The 2 bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The living area is great with Apple tv and a comfy couch. The kitchen is very nice with everything you need to make some breakfast for the kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for afternoon walks. I will stay here anytime I'm in the area.”

“My partner and I stayed for one night and we had a great time. Beautiful surrounding location and a very cozy room. The hosts were great communicators for any questions I had. The only thing I wish was different about our stay is as other people noted, you need to bring lots of extra water to use for drinking/washing up because of the non-potable water in the room. “Check in extremely easy and host was willing to let check in early. Property is exactly as described (no living room). Perfect stay for the person that does not want to be in the room outside of sleeping, eating, and bathing. There was outdoor furniture however, it rained most days that I was there, so it was not able to sit and relax outside of bedroom.”

“Very very clean, and spacious and bright. Worked well with my family including a toddler and a dog. The fenced in yard was perfect to have them run around and feel safe. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was quaint and i felt safe walking the dog around by myself.”

“I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer.”
