"Hotel itself is a gem, beautiful property! Rooms were large and clean. During our stay the hotel was not busy at all, we hardly saw any other guests. Amenities wise a bit limited I think because there wasn’t many guests so the restaurant/bar closed early, but there is an amazing cafe across the street. "

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was huge, clean and modern. There is a free shuttle that goes to Maya shopping mall. Lots of choices for breakfast. I will stay again. "
"Attentive team,
Peaceful resort with great dining. Team members, First, and Oar from spa made our stay truly special. Would recommend to all. I am very picky with hotels and was happy with this pick."
"This hotel experience is not reflective of the price and we checked out several days early as had quite simply had enough. It has the potential to be really good but it needs a lot of investment: main issues were: the shower in bathroom not fit for purpose, a cold trickle that did not improve throughout stay, pool looked cold and unclean - no guests used this throughout our time there. Breakfast was similarly cold and badly cooked/poor ingredients. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere (this is just an observation as not something that can be rectified) but this meant every trip out and back led to arguments with taxi drivers who wanted double the app set price as they didn’t think it worth their time otherwise. Everything is very dated. The atmosphere of the hotel was depressing, I saw just several other people sitting in silence eating their breakfasts, looking into the distance and I think, wondering like me, when their pain and suffering would be over.
The hotel is not reflective of the pictures or the other reviews in my opinion so I would tread carefully when booking, "
"Loved the property a lot and the people themselves. My room was amazing and the hotel made sure to make my birthday special. The morning breakfast was tasty every day and the service was exceptional."
"I took a solo trip to this resort and I must say the staff is very friendly, the resort is very clean, and the food is very good. Btw there is so much stuff to do around the resort I would suggest waiting to book your excursions once you get here. An employee named Tan was very helpful. They also have a beautiful river fall on the resort! Beautiful mountains as well!"
