House located in a quiet dead end, 5 minutes from the city center, shops, customs roads, port and beaches. garage in basement, living room opening onto large terrace with access to garden. Tourist cities to visit nearby
- Saint-Malo , Dinard , Dinan (medieval town), Mont Saint-Michel.
-Tourist attractions to visit , Pointe du Grouin Cancale , Cap Fréhel.
You can also visit the Channel Islands from Saint-Malo

HOLIDAYMAKERS WILL HAVE TO BRING THEIR LINEN; the house can be rented the month of May 2024for 3 nights; from 1 to 15 August we can rent for 4 NIGHTS mini, as well as in September ,October , November , December excluding holiday periods
