Our room was very small. The bathroom was very tight. The breakfast was so so. We had so much better.our other hotel in Venice. The breakfast room is tight and not much in pastries

Excellent helpful staff let us store our bags in the lobby for a couple of hours after checkout- much appreciated- clean and quiet - central location was walkable to everywhere- and they were very nice to our 6 month old baby

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

Our stay at Hotel Duomo Firenze was truly exceptional. The location could not have been more perfect—right in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city’s most iconic sights within just a few steps. Being so centrally located added a great deal of convenience and enjoyment to our trip. The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. It provided a relaxing retreat after long days of sightseeing, with everything we needed for a pleasant and restful stay. What stood out most, however, was the outstanding level of service. The hotel staff was consistently courteous, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, who went above and beyond to take great care of us each morning, ensuring we started our day on a high note.

I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.
