Pretty spacious T4 house of 190m², veranda and enclosed garden. Ideal for 6 people, AIR CONDITIONING, PARKING, close to the beach.
Ground floor: 1 Large living room with bright veranda + mezzanine small living room with fireplace, 1 Large independent and well-equipped kitchen.
1 floor: 2 bedrooms (140 bed and 160 bed), 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom (2 x 90 beds)
An exterior staircase leads to the terraced and tree-lined courtyard, not overlooked. Small annexes: WC and extra shower.
Facilities: Washing machine, dishwasher, terrace furniture, 2 permanent BBQs, 1 parking space. Very charming !
Available: board games, books.
Ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of Canet beach, close to the beach and shops.
