There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. "Hotel was good if you want to live in a remote area and don’t want to go back to the city. Hotel has got an amazing spa and we enjoyed it. Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck."

"We had to extend our stay somewhere booked directly with the hotel as the offered for the same price and included breakfast but we had to move rooms. We asked for at least 1 room to be ready as soon as possible and was told we would probably be able to keep one of the rooms if we book direct we was staying as my son was to ill to fly and needed another day to recover we wasn't given the room till nearly 4pm"

"This Hotel was one that i can say did not disappoint! The Staff, the room and all the facilities were outstanding. The pictures online are good but the place looks even better in person. The location was great as well. The train was right at the front door and the shopping mall was connected. I would stay here again and would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Please work on you bathroom flushing and cleaning. The housekeeping need to carefully clean all parts of the room.l- they clogged the bidget and left cleaning cloth on the desk. l also had issue with water faucet not working and had to go down to -1 to get it. The lights cover was coming out and it wasn't noise proof. The phone was also not connecting to the reception desk. So, I eventually asked Expedia to help and they moved me to a different room. That room was higher up 11th floor, there were hair strands in the bathroom already- one on the towel and the circle mirror on the side was loose. The windows weren't opening. The bathroom flush was terrible."
