Bottom line, great hotel apart from the pool.
No complaints about the room whatsoever. The breakfast was varied and ample.
However, the pool needs attention. The water in both the pool and jacuzzi is murky with both fine particles as well as quite visible chunks. My kids found this objectionable and didn't want to swim, and they are water creatures. One source is apparently the peeling paint. Between that and a need for better filtering, the pool is not the selling feature that it really should be.

The room was lovely. It was right off of I 10. The highway noise shook the room and I had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep. I would ad ise the staff not to put someone in this room, if noise or motion sickness is an issue. The staff were awesome. The breakfast was great! I wish i had known the parking was an extra cost. I was there on a Friday through Sunday visit. It was not very busy, as it is in downtown. Maybe free parking for a weekend stay? The pool was also very nice.

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff was not particularly friendly but they were mostly pleasant. Hotel is clearly skimping on staples to squeeze a penny though. Only one serving of cofee for a room that sleeps 4, no extra pillows...
