“We had to book this location a day before we made it out there so I was nervous about what we were getting into but it was perfect! I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! The ceiling fans were enough and kept us COLD as we slept! The host was responsive and very helpful! ”

“This was a cozy, clean, and aesthetically inspiring apartment with a wonderful view and a sprawling garden. My kids (ages 9 and 13) and I stayed here nearly a week, doing all kinds of fun activities in Berkeley. I asked the 9 year old what her favorite part of the trip was, and she said cuddling up in the little book nook while looking out at the view every evening. They felt at home and did not get homesick at all--which is first! ”

“Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.”

The bed was very comfortable, and the little studio had everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. The location is great I'm West Portal. Just a short walk to tons of restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“This condo was perfect! We were so happy staying there. It was so nicely decorated and the morning sun in the living room was a lovely place to drink your morning coffee. The condo is beautifully taken care of and in the perfect spot in the city. Close to restaurants on Chestnut St and the Marina Green. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, and helpful. We felt so well taken care of. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect place to stay in the city. ”

It is spaceous, had everything we needed, even towels had been provided.The contact to the owners was very nice, we got all information in time and they were always there to help. The location of the appartment was for us perfect. Located in a residential area it took us about 30 minutes by bus (bus station is 50m from the appartment) and metro into the city. With a car it is even faster, but the SF public transport is cheap and well organised.The...
