Second stay here - returning after a previous visit in 2018. The same 3-bed room is as impeccable as before (with one new decorative item), but most importantly the helpful staff is a newly-discovered plus: accidentally left behind a bottle of whisky in the room and I was already in another town once I noticed that, then after contacting the hotel everything's sorted out at once and a few days later the bottle arrived safely in very proper packaging (done better than what I usually do for bottles that come without a carton or tube). Huge thanks to a staff member of the name Lori for helping me with this. There will be a third stay with this place for sure, when I visit Campbeltown next time. Highly recommended for others as well.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. A nice whisky for a dram. Small room but comfortable and tidy.
