The apartment is located in one of the calmest neighbourhoods in Cartagena and boasts direct access to the beach. Perfect for a couple or a family of 4. It's just 10 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the historical city center. The condo has a gym, pools for adults and children, swimming lanes, a steam room, jacuzzis and a children's playground. From the balcony you can appreciate the sun rising behind several kilometers of green areas and canals. Space located in Serena del Mar, the dreamed city, a development complex consisting of 35 km of pedestrian paths and cycle routes, 4 km of beach, and various commercial spaces. The apartment is totally equipped with household appliances to make you feel at home. We provide additional conveniences like a hammock and televisions in both the bedroom and living room.
