Amazing, amazing little hotel. My partner and I loved it here. The staff was friendly, respectful, helpful etc. Andres is a great guy, great customer service. The man thst checked us in was also very nice and ensure he got our permission to clean our room while we were out. This is a great place, you won't regret it and it's in the vicinity of everything. My only recommendation would be to add more routers as the WiFi in the room was terrible, and we needed that as international travellers. I'd also wish I had a hair dryer. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again, and wi when we visit again next year. They're also doing renovations so the place is going to be even more beautiful 👏

A pesar de haber tenido una primera impresion de Colombia horrible ya que fui drogado y robado en mi primera noche. El personal de servicio de Casa Tere fue muy atento y profesional. Me ayudaron a comunicarme con mi familia y bancos para cancelar las tarjetas ya que me habian robado el mobil y mantuvieron disponible mi reservacion mientras trataba de conseguir un vuelo de regreso lo antes posible. Si te pasa algo asi estas en buenas manos en Hotel Casa Tere. Gracias a todos. Yandris, Marcelo, Silvio y Andres fueron espectaculares.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Great stay at hotel casa Tere. Great location, great air conditioning which is a must in Cartagena. In a great spot where you can get anywhere in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good, including coffee, cooked to order eggs and fruit. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic small boutique hotel with great amenities smack in the middle of historic district full with shops, bars and restaurants. Quick 5 minute walk to the clock tower.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had ac which was nice but limited natural light. The pool upstairs was nice. It would have been helpful to have recommendations on places to eat from the front desk and places to explore. Morning breakfast is very limited. The area outside was very loud and didn’t make for the best sleep.

I would recommend this hotel for the friendly staff and the clean rooms and hotel areas. The staff make you feel welcomed and are always ready to help you and answer any questions you my have about anything about the area and what to do and see . I will be returning to Casa Tere and will be telling family and friends to visit.

The staff were very professional, helpful, friendly, attentive and efficient. The hotel was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location was absolutely perfect. The hotel didn’t have electricity for the first 4 hours I was there. So I had to walk around aimlessly until it came back on. I was tired…exhausted and just really wanted a shower but couldn’t go to my room. Very inconvenient.

The hotel was exactly as pictured on their website. The problem, was the room we were given. It smelled so musty, and damp, we believed it smelled of mold. They had a small dish of coffee beans in the room, which was undoubtedly an acknowledgment to try to absorb the odor We understood old and historic conditions, but the smell began to make me sick. I couldn't stay. The hotel offered to move us to a different room. However, we preferred to receive our refund. They were nice and cooperated with a refund.

Lovely boutique hotel located centrally and just a few steps away from the walled city. The place is super clean and safe. The room we stayed in was also spacious and bed size was larger than anticipated. Note this is a part of the city where it is lively at night so bring your ear plugs. Breakfast was modest. We went out to eat for most of the mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and room, very kind staff, good wifi. Being a conversion of an old building, the room lacks of practicality, in exchange for colonial house experience. Overall a good stay, but don't expect a proper hotel experience.

Beautiful restored buildings. The suit was incredible comfortable and spacious. The rooftop area an de mini pool were so refreshing and peaceful. It has a nice view to the city. The hotel is walking distance to everything, the wall city, the plaza, the port. I will recommend over the inner wall city because taxis and Ubers don’t want to ride to the inner city.

Our room was dirty and all towels and sheets were dirty. The hotel didn’t want to help in any way. We had to leave the same day somewhere else as it felt unsanitary. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel didn’t reimburse by money even if we didn’t stay there.

No queda dentro de la ciudad amurallada hay que caminar bastante, llegar a la ciudad amurallada es peligroso en las noches. El agua caliente de la suite no funcionaba. El desayuno FATAL.

Great characture hotel in tgd very cool Gethsemane neighbourhood. Easy to walk to the walled part of the city. Hawkers could be annoying but that is most places regardless it felt very safe

Suite was nice. Breakfast was the same everyday and unfortunately we had extremely low water pressure and no hot water. We were there for 6 days and 4 out of those days we had no water at all. They brought water to us in buckets. Our AC was not working and started leaking water that soaked all our clothes and shoes we had to send them to the laundry. Wouldn’t come back. People were nice.

Great Place
The location is great. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel is clean, we had different breakfast options every day. The staff was super friendly and great giving us recommendations of the city. Is far from the beach, but beach was not part of our plan. Is about 5 min Walk to Historic Center. Pool was ok, again not part of our trip. and AC worked perfectly… Cartagena is very hot and not every place has central AC.
