It was a great base for hiking in the Madonie mountains. The property information online seemed to suggest we were renting the whole house rather than just the ground floor. Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language!
