“Sehr schönes Appartement direkt am Meer mit Tiefgarage (auch für mittelgrosse Autos wie Kombis geeignet). Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr gut (Englisch), gute Erklärungen und Dokumentationen wie die Wohnung zu finden ist und wie man in die Garage gelangt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Highlight ist der Balkon!Die Negativ Punkte (subjektiv): die Stromversorgung ist nicht so super - beide Klimaanlagen aktiv - Sicherung fliegt raus. La descripción del apartamento se ajusta a la realidad, vistas al mar y a la montaña y la terraza grande espectacular. La urbanización es muy tranquila y no hemos pasado nada de calor. La piscina muy bien, entorno limpio y bien cuidado, sin aglomeraciones de gente. Necesitas coche para ir a Peñíscola, aunque hay parada de bus en la entrada de la urbanización.
