“Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not. ”

“I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. ”

“The building is being renovated, so difficult to say how it will be soon. It is in a very quiet area, and room size was good, but not that clean and needs a chair or table or cupboard to put things on. Very cheap though, so OK for price.”
