Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 2-room terraced house that spans 51 square meters on the upper ground floor, offering a south-west facing position. The comfortable furnishings include an alcove with a French bed measuring 1 x 160 cm in length and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a fan. The living/dining room is equipped with a TV (flat screen) and provides access to the terrace. There is also a separate room with another French bed measuring 1 x 140 cm in length and 190 cm in length, along with a fan and an exit leading to the patio.
Amenities Included
The well-appointed kitchen is outfitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are provided as an extra. The bathroom is separate from the WC (toilet). Electric heating and a boiler with a capacity of 150 liters are available for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a 16 square meter roofed terrace with a south-west facing position, a small 6 square meter patio facing north-east, and a small 15 square meter garden with a south-west facing position. Terrace furniture is provided for your outdoor lounging pleasure. You will also have access to a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking is available at the house.

The property offers a view of the countryside and is equipped with a smoke alarm. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment.
