"Die Wohnungen R5 ist sehr schlecht geputzt gewesen, kaputte Gartenstühle, Besteck und Gläser nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen, keine Pfannen, alles riecht sehr alt und Dusche voller Schimmel, Außenanlage sehr unordentlich, Kinderdisco viel zu spät und zu laut (keine angenehme Lautstärke, sowieso für Kinder), Poolanlage soweit in Ordnung, Animation Mädels nicht besonders motiviert, jedoch hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach freien Liegen am Pool. Genügend Parkplätze. Toll das es eine Bar gibt, wo man...

"The condo is nicely suitated right next to Hilton. It is a unit on the side of canal it give you incredible view with boats and ferries passing by. With the convenience of the vaporetto. It is only 5 min walk to the Condo. To get t across to St Mark square it only take 10 min. The unit is spacious and a modern kitcken. The bed is comfortable. "Lovely two room flat with a well stocjed kitchen. The location is excellent with great restaurants nearby and two ferry stops within 5 minutes. "

"Perfect place for our family to stay in Venice. Would stay again. After a week of travelling and staying in hotel rooms, it was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. A kitchen for cooking was a welcome break from restaurants and the washing machine to clean our clothes was a bonus. Excellent location to get around Venice. Bridge at Accademia was more convenient than a vaporetto. Grocery stores were close. "

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, toller Service seitens des Vermieters! Einmal in der Woche kam sogar eine Reinigungskraft, die die Wohnung gereinigt hat und die neu bezogen hat. Statt des Backofens war eine kleine Spülmaschine eingebaut, was uns super gefallen hat. Sehr gerne wieder!was "
