The villas could do with a little upkeep- but definitely not a negative, the doors don’t fully shut and while the outdoor shower is a nice touch it also lets the mossies into the villa (and our shower didn’t work) - mosquito nets would be a great idea as we got eaten alive even with repellent - the pool is too good to miss and the...
"Rooms are infested with rats. Hotel staff are unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. The hotel is very isolated and you are trapped eating their bland, expensive food. You can tell that it was once a nice place to stay but the new owner, an American, has left the property to rot. Don’t be fooled by the photos and reviews on this site, it is no longer a 4 star hotel. Save your money and go to a more exciting part of the island. "
"I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return."

"Excellent place, stayed there for 5 or 6 nights during a conference in Mataram, Lombok. Really friendly staff, excellent rooms (deluxe room), good room service and desk help in the lobby. Would recommend it to everyone. "
"Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length. "
