Our room was large, comfortable, and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, a number of issues kept this experience from being what we hoped for. **Dining & Drinks:** Even at the buffet, guests cannot get their own beverages. There were several times we finished an entire meal before a server brought us water or anything else to drink. Additionally, when we were at the beach or pool, we had to walk quite a distance to reach a bar for even a simple non-alcoholic drink, which doesn’t feel very “all-inclusive.” **Logistics:** We were only given one room key, which was surprisingly frustrating.
