“Shipbuilder’s Retreat is a lovely property with plenty of space to spread out. The space was sparkling clean, well designed, and very comfortable. The property is a duplex (separated by two single car garages adding sound insulation and privacy) nestled in the woods but with very nice landscaping. It is close to shopping, downtown Boothbay, and access to local sites making it very convenient while still being tucked away. “This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the……
