“A bit run down. Not a lot of outlets to charge devices. Outlets loose from the wall. Room was very small. A/C unit was right up against the bed. Table and chairs blocked the door in and out. It was a place to sleep. Thankfully we were only there one night.”

“This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!”

“Desk staff was very helpful with information. Check in was a bit more involved than it should be, but it is mostly for legal protections. Appears to be recently remodeled with decent sized room, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, quartz countertops throughout, a very comfortable bed, and reasonably quiet climate control. No real amenities but a clean comfortable room at a decent price. It was all we needed. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.”

“It was a great little cottage to rent. Very clean and well maintained property with just enough of everything to have a comfortable stay - kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, extra towels and bedding. There were even lots of movies and board games for the kids. There is a lovely screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee and keeping the mosquitoes at bay in the evenings. The host was great at communicating and very accommodating. Location was great too - just out of the way to……
