Perfect vacation, I'd recommend to friends and go again! :-)
Thanks to Brian keeping such precious apartment available! I usually have several bullets crucial for giving it 5 stars: 1. The bed should be comfortable: the mattress should be firm but not too firm, the pillows should keep the shape of the neck curve, not overly soft, not too firm. And it was just right! 2. Cleanness. Everything was crisp clean. No odor, no stains, no wear and tear visible. Super! 3. Kitchen utensils. Among the dozen of frying pans I was able to find the one with no scratches on the non-sticking surface :-). Just look for it, it should be there, the copper colored one. 4. When I locked myself out and couldn't get in, Brian was able to remotely open the garage for me, thanks for this extra mile! 5. Fast internet. There was one missing thing, though, but it wasn't Brian's fault. I planned skiing in/out, but the services which fix the snow, they hadn't flatten the piles of snow on the Village Road, and there were no way to enjoy this part.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful well equipped condo! We really appreciated having extra kitchen accessories, extra blankets and the full bunks in the loft area. Although the weather wasn't cooperative for this particular ski weekend with Village Trail not being opened, the location is great and look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for a get away
Brian’s property was just right for our family get away! Very beautifully updated, clean, well equipped and roomy. Brian was a great host who was super responsive with communication and genuinely interested in helping us plan a fun trip. He provided so many tips and suggestions for local attractions. He made sure the condo had everything we needed to keep us comfortable and extras to help us feel special. Having access to the resort amenities was a great feature. Vacation with Husband's Sisters and their Spouses
We stayed for 4 days spending most of the time at the condo playing games and visiting. We are all from different states: MN, NJ, and OH so this was a beautiful location to get together. The condo was brand new and beautifully decorated. The surrounding area was gorgeous. It was a great place to spend a week in the summer and I imagine it would be excellent any time of the year.

This location was centrally located for my kids to join us for a nice weekend. The home was extremely clean, very well taken care of. We hiked at Laurel State Park and sat by the pool. We forgot sunscreen which resulted in some minor burns. We all decided this would be an annual event so we will be back. Thank you.

Cozy and spacious getaway with amazing location
This stay was everything we we’re looking for and more! With nearby access to the trails from the unit, we were able to walk right up to the trails to start our day without a hassle. Then once we were done for the day, just rode right up and we were home for the night! The unit was spacious and cozy with plenty of room to gather in the living room for movies and video games. There were also a lot of fun board games and activities provided. There was excellent communication with the host to ensure we were accommodated with anything to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, this is a perfect place to make the most of your 7 Springs adventures!

Brian's property was everything advertised and then some! There were plenty of amenities, a plethora of kitchen utensils/baking sheets/pans/knives etc, drying racks for 8 ski/snowboarders, and plenty of space for everyone in our group. We'd absolutely book this place again- Brian was an excellent host and very responsive! 10/10

Brian made our stay extremely enjoyable. We were there for a long ski weekend with our family, and everything at the condo was wonderful. The condo is comfortable and Brian has it stocked with all the essentials (and then some). We'll stay here again for our next trip to Seven Springs.

Great Weekend Retreat
Recently, we got 3 couples together to travel out to the Somerset area to visit FallingWater and to see the fall leaves. We were looking for a place that was located in the area of FallingWater and also one that had reasonable access to restuarants, stores, and other attractions. this property met those requirements very well. First, and for our group, foremost, the property was very clean.. The kitchen was well stocked and was a pleasure to use.. It was a pleasure to stay there. For people traveling to FallingWater, the condo is about 30 minutes from FallingWater and is close to several beautiful state partks. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay
We had a great long weekend at Brian’s beautiful updated condo in Seven Springs resort. We were in the area for a family wedding. The condo was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. It was well stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well as a coffee bar with fun flavors to enhance your your drink. Brian also treated us to a lovely bottle of wine. We didn’t use any of the amenities at the resort, although did spend some time at the fun Autumn Festival happening over the weekend. The resort is in a remote area without a lot of stores nearby. The one market closes at 8:00, so plan accordingly. We did a tour at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water (about a 35 minute drive) which was excellent, but be sure to reserve tickets well in advance.

The condo is everything you need for a visit to Seven Springs. Spotless, gorgeous, all the touches to set it apart from the usual rentals. The beds were so comfortable, the fluffy towels, the coffee bar, the wine, on and in. Brian was a pleasure to work with and we are already planning the next reunion visit!

Mountain Getaway

Sparkling clean luxury stay
This property is about a 5-10 minute drive from Seven Springs and is a beautiful place. The dining table has beautiful light. They offer full coffers of spices and coffee and syrups for hot drinks. I’ve never been anywhere so clean. It sparkles. The towels are big, beds nice, and rooms have plenty of space. With 3.5 baths, there is no problems with accessing the bathrooms.

this property is one of the best VRBO places I have stayed in. clean comfortable beds, nice amenities, enough room for a family to gather together or to chill out in a quiet spot. well equipped kitchen. plenty of towels and bathroom supplies, very nice pool, and a symphony of birdsong to greet you in the morning. We had a great stay at Seven Springs. The house is very comfortable and had plenty of space for us and 2 teen/tween kids. We enjoyed using the pool which is very close by. The kitchen is also well stocked, and the coffee bar is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Visited for an even at Seven Springs Resort. Property was in a great location just minutes from the resort. Beautiful place with everything we needed. Look no further!
This is our fourth trip to Seven Springs, and this by far is the best place we’ve stayed yet. Brian was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The condo is spotless, beautifully decorated and well appointed with anything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The coffee bar was such a luxury, and the selection of books scattered throughout the house was so good, I almost passed up a day of skiing to cozy up in the quiet and read. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bottle of wine (really great) and bowl of chocolates upon arrival! The rooms are spacious, the location is great, and to have a nice clean, Dry garage for ski gear is a huge bonus! There’s truly nothing that could have made our stay more comfortable.

Parents 40th Anniversary Family Getaway
This townhome was more than enough room for 5 adults and 3 children. Located just about 100 yards away from the pool, tennis courts, bball courts and play ground - we had many options close by if we were not down at the main lodge. As for the townhouse, it was everything we could have asked for and more! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable for our long weekend away. The owners have an information binder full of information for guests, a beautiful coffee bar, board games for kids - and let’s not forget the complementary chocolates and bottle of wine! We are already talking about when we can go back!

Great Long Weekend Getaway
My husband, son and daughter in law and I spent a long weekend at this property owned by Brian Sullivan. His condo was spotless and well stocked with all our basic needs (paper products, coffee, very nice linens, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc). He really thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay very comfortable, right down to night lights in all the bedrooms/bathrooms! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to rent a condo at Seven Springs.

Loved our stay here. The place is even better than the photos. Lots of space. Everything recently updated, clean and nice! The homeowner was amazing. He answered all questions quickly. Provided many recommendations for our group. On top of that he had a full book of restaurants (which aren't plentiful in the area so this was VERY helpful), menus, recommendations and directions on things to do in the area. Brian really went out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. If we are in the area again, we would definitely re-book!

Perfect Ski In/Out Cabin!
We had a fantastic stay at Brian's property. It is a true ski in/ski out cabin right across the street from the Village Slope. The house itself is in great shape- clean, well stocked with glassware, dishes, and cooking utensils. It was very comfortable and cozy. Brian was a great host. He was quick to respond to messages and even drove a kettle up to us in the middle of a snow storm. We actually lost power at one point because of the ice storm, but the cabin was stocked with plenty of working flashlights and blankets. Brian also kept us updated on the progress of the power company's restoration of electricity. The one thing we did wish for was that that fireplace worked- it would have been perfect otherwise. We will most certainly be back next year to stay in this gem of a cabin at one of our favorite ski resorts on the east coast!

Amazing property in great place
We had a fantastic time at Brian’s place. The house is very clean, super well located and completely furnished with all the gadgets to cook high end meals. It has easy access to skiing and hiking trails with lakes. The house has a very good size for large family gatherings and it has multiple bathrooms. They also have games in the house which were super fun. Brian was very kind with us and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We really hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Condo
This Condo was perfect for our family get together. Super clean and comfortable. Everything is new including the outdoor gas grill! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with spices, tea, pots, pans, utensils, etc., to cook a gourmet meal. Bathrooms have full size soaps, shampoos & conditioners. The owner is extremely responsive in getting back to you with any questions or concerns and even suggestions on things to do in the area. I highly recommend this rental. I will definitely rent again!
