When we approached the property the trash cans were full and garbage on the ground. The lobby had not been swept there was dirt and debris on the ground. The receptionist was not informative about the location of room and where we were to park for easy access. When we walked up the stairs to our room the hall way looked not vacuumed in a year. When we entered hotel room it was hot , the floor was gross, and there was tape on the air conditioner. I told the receptionist that we refuse to stay there because of the lake of cleansing of the hotel. She offered us another room , but I feared it would look the same way. They refused to refund my money. So they need to refund me since we didn’t stay ir I will take them to court .

Awesome place. Don't let the location fool you. Was a great stay.

This propert was on the west edge of town but still had amenities like gas and food nearby. Property was clean with friendly staff.
