"We booked this particular property because the property offered on the website a sauna, hot tub, coffee lounge, bar, restaurant but we found ourselves having to go out for a meal because the restaurant was only open on a Wednesday and after a long drive this was not what we expected to do. The sauna & hot tub were an additional charge 20€ for 30 mins. the other facilities were not up and running. We felt we had booked this stay under false pretences. "This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"La Bastide is a great Provençal hotel in an amazing and quiet area. The place is surrounded by trees, vineyard, a farm and piece of arts.
Next to the Bastide, 10/15 mn by walk, you have the winery the Commanderie de Peyrassol. The vineyard is stunning. Within the vineyard, you have two restaurants, check Jeanette a gastronomy restaurant with great food and the Bistrou Lou for more casual food. Both restaurants are great and in a great location.

"My wife and I revisited this hotel for the first time in 26 years. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms is amazing. The pool is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We walked in to Draguignan for the evening. Took about 45 minutes each way but was nice not to use the car and enjoy the scenery. We'll be back for sure."

"A beautiful villa in a very peaceful location. The villa is very well equipped and the host is very helpful. The only negative point we have is that the beds were slightly uncomfortable!The town of Lorgues is stunning and has the most amazing market on a Tuesday. We visited in August and most evenings there was some form of entertainment happening on the main street.Would definitely return. Just one word of warning, drive very slowly up the gravel drive otherwise the neighbour will come out and block your exit while shouting very aggressivley at you. "
