The chateau itself is a lovely building in a beautiful setting and is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal. "Exceptional property very tastefully furnished and equipped. We were met by Gaby who showed us around. The location overlooks the canal and the swimming pool was a real bonus. The town is fairly quiet but we enjoyed just going for walks to see the vineyards and local attractions. Bread and croissants were a short walk away and the restaurant on the other side of the canal did a good meal with wine followed by dancing which was entertaining.All in all this was a great place to stay and you will not be disappointed.
