Family holiday

We arrived at the property to meet the house cleaner who did not speak English which made understanding the requirements challenging. The beds were not made and towels were not within the property and it seemed that we had to pay extra for these and had to make our own beds which was a surprise . We understood the requirement to leave €17 at the end of the visit for the cost of sheets and towels which we would not have expected. The property itself was wonderful, very spacious And had been well finished. The location is superb with a two minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to The Boulevard. All the facilities worked very well and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Despite the VRBO site. Stating we needed to leave the property at 11:00 hours we were asked to leave at 10:00 hours. That appeared to be some miscommunication about cleaning of the property and it seems that we were expected to pay for the cleaning of the property when we left which did not seem reasonable as would have considered this to be included within the original pricing of the property, which we had already paid. Apart from paying for our sheets and towels and being expected to thoroughly deep clean the property or paying an additional cost the visit itself was superb. The town is lovely. The property is lovely and would happily visit again.

Maison et emplacement parfaits

Notre séjour dans la maison a été parfait. L'accueil par Claude est charmant. La flexibilité des horaires d'arrivée et de départ est très appréciable. La maison est belle, spacieuse et la propreté est au rendez-vous. La mer est au bout de la rue. Je recommande sans hésitation cette jolie maison.

Une agréable et grande maison, moderne (style industriel en partie) qui coche toutes les cases des bonnes fonctionnalités : 3 salles de bains, cuisine (grande) parfaite, très (très) grand living/ salle à manger, tout cela bien équipé, cela donne 8 personnes dans un parfait confort! Gute Unterkunft im Ort inkl. Strandnähe

Wir waren wirklich zufrieden mit dieser sehr geräumigen Unterkunft. Wir waren 6 Personen. Die Vorortbetreuung war sehr nett (nur französisch) und hilfsbereit. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Strand, Bäcker, Markt und Läden. Bequeme Betten. Bei folgenden Punkten ist etwas Luft nach oben: Sauberkeit, Hygiene, alter Grill (nicht nutzbar), ein Zimmer hat Feuchtigkeit. In Summe für einen Sommerurlaub wunderbar geeignet!

Très belle maison, il faut dire que le soleil était présent et ça fait la différence. Mais sincèrement, les prestations sont de bonne qualitées, hormis quelques petits détails mais qui n'ont pas d'importance, tout était parfait. Le stationnement peut être difficile en fonction des horaires, mais en majeure partie encore gratuit et c'est important de nos jours.

Villa confort exceptionnel idéalement située

A 12 personnes nous avons passé 4 nuits dans la Villa Les Roses à Châtelaillon du 27 avril au 1er mai 2018. Séjour très agréable grâce au confort de cette maison. Très bien équipée, calme, propre, toute proche de la plage, des commerces, du marché et des arrêts de bus pour se rendre tranquillement à La Rochelle sans soucis de stationnement... La personne responsable de la location a été très disponible à notre arrivée comme à notre départ pour l'état des lieux et facilement joignable au téléphone. Je recommande fortement cette villa en cas de famille nombreuse, car le nombre de salles de bain est parfait également pour 12 personnes. Je retournerai sans aucune hésitation à la Villa Les Roses ! Tout notre groupe a été entièrement satisfait... Aucune réclamation !

Excellent week end de Pâques

Avec sa belle pièce à vivre complètement vitrée et le confort de ses installations, la villa les Roses nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille, grands-parents, parents et petits enfants (6 , 5, 4 et 4 ans et 3 mois) de façon très agréable même si la météo n' a pas toujours été très souriante ! Merci pour la qualité de l'accueil, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la souplesse des propriétaires.

La maison de vacances idéale à Châtelaillon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec enfants. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et rénovée avec goût. Le plus appréciable pour nous : sa localisation ! Juste à côté de la plage et des commerces, marché... Tout en étant au calme. Une très bonne adresse.
