We have stayed here before and rebooked. Service was a bit lacking this time. Check in was great. Tables at breakfast weren’t washed so hard to find a place to sit. At checkout I waited at the desk and finally took my stuff to my car. When I came back in, I saw the receptionist in her phone in the office. I went to the counter again and after waiting again went and asked to check out,

Very quiet, breakfast good, and staff excellent, too. They were having a plumbing issue when all water was off in the hotel twice for several hours each during one of the days we were there.

Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Only complaint is the tub wasn't draining well and bathroom door was hard to lock. Otherwise, it was a clean place and great staff.

When I was trying to check in Staff was nowhere to be found. Took more than 20 min to show. I booked a 2 bed, but only got a 1 bed. Just horrible experience

The front office staff was amazing and check out was easy. We were visiting some friends briefly and this was a great choice! Bathrooms came fully stocked with all necessities which made our packing easy, and it was all very clean.

We will definitely stay here again. Everything was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot. And we traveled with our son's family and they accommodated us by giving us rooms next to each other. The indoor pool is nice and warm. The room had everything we needed. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, enough pillows.

Room is decent size and has a refrigerator. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast was a bit sparce compared to other properties we've stayed at and the tables were dirty. The gym is decent.

Staff was always super nice. Bed was comfortable. Couldn’t get the curtains to close, couldn’t get the heater on but it came on every so often to keep the room temp comfortable. The hotel just seems outdated - can tell there had been a water leak under the bathroom sink as wood was peeling. Breakfast was average. Coffee only offered dark roast so I put extra sugar in. Hotel did the job for two nights.

Only one elevator in service, Noisy HVAC in room, lacking amenities, bathtub stopper broken, window cover dressing hanging loose at one end. Laundry dryer non-operational, no laundry soap available. No directory of services or local restaurants and offerings. Potholes in the parking area. The coffee/Tea was good and available. Breakfast was waffle, fold-over premade eggs, sausage, potatoe (slightly warm), bagle,blueberry muffin and juices. Overal impression was only so-so.

Okay if you're not traveling with family
Accommodations were fine. Biggest complaint is the pool was out of service halfway through our trips, which wouldnt have been a big deal if they made an effort to inform guests that is was not in service. Instead, it was after i suggested that a note AT LEAST be placed on the pool door that it was out of order that steps finally took place. Another bit of an annoyance was the fact that i needed sheets changed (my two year old wet the bed) and front desk acted lime it was such a hassle to get housekeeping to give us a change of sheets becuase they only do that once every other day. Probably wont stay there again.

Haven from the snowstorm.
A quick overnight stay to beat the impending snowstorm. The hotel was clean, staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They served a great buffet breakfast. Loved the pool and the fact that it opened at 6am. Also appreciated the noon checkout.

First impression / first point of contact matters.
Upon check in, another lady pushed the front desk clerk that was originally assisting me away stating to the original clerk, “move out of the way, I’ll do it.” I found this to be rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my information again and the new person could not find my reservation. I had booked 2 rooms and was only given 1. I tried to show the new clerk my reservation, but; she ignored me and insisted to create new reservations. The occupancy of the hotel was less than 15 percent and I was given the two worse rooms in the hotel. My view was the heating / air conditioning units on the roof. The room had damaged on the walls, which I shared with the new clerk as we checked in. The heating unit in the room constantly made noise. My family and I were in town unexpectedly for the death of my mother in law. I was not able to address these issues as I would have normally would have, because; of our emotional state of mind. I should have checked out and gone to another hotel. This experience will make me hesitate to choose the hotel in the future. Please feel free to contact me for more specifics if necessary.
