The hotel was newly renovated. At check in I had to pay a $50 incidental fee that I was unaware of. It wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel online. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The room did not have a microwave as stated online. The housekeepers did not come into my room or asked if towels or if anything was needed the 3 days of being there.

Check in was easy and the gentleman at the desk friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and kept up well. The breakfast contained a variety of hot and cold food offerings. The room contained most everything one would need (no coffee maker, but coffee and tea were available all day on the first floor) and the bed comfortable. The floor should have been cleaner.

The place is nice decently clean the only problem but we have is several days we cannot use the pool because the pool door was broken and busted so that's only thing I can say about this otherwise everything just fine oh and the breakfast was very boring almost every day the same old thing

The rooms have been renovated since the last time we stayed here. The lobby is now under renovation but the reception and dining area were accessible. Parking is very convenient and the room was newly refreshed.

upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean.
