Welcome to this beautiful flat in the Pueblo Marinero Urbanisation, ideal for 4 guests and located just 5 minutes' drive from La Barrosa beach. The urbanisation's facilities include a garden area where you can stroll or relax in the sun next to the shared chlorine swimming pool. It measures 26×13m and has a depth of between 1m and 1.8m. For the little ones, there is a children's pool measuring 7m × 7m and a constant depth of 0.70m. There is also an outdoor shower. Once in the house, you will be able to enjoy a furnished porch, perfect to have a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanisation, the house has direct neighbours.





The interior has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The living-dining room is equipped with a Smart TV and, for the hottest days, there are two fans. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your holiday. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. Please note that we do not offer a cot or high chair.

The urbanisation is located in the village of Sancti Petri, only 4 minutes from the beach. The beach of Sancti Petri is a natural treasure. With its fine golden sand, calm waters, and spectacular views, it offers the perfect environment to enjoy the sun, practice water sports, and relax in a paradisiacal atmosphere.
