“Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. “This place has the potential to be great but unfortunately is lacking. - We were not provided any keys to lock up, despite advertise lock box entry. No way to lock belongings inside if you want to go out to explore. -Toilet is not a flushing toilet! It is a compost toilet. -Be aware there is no phone signal (Optus or Telstra) and while there is “WiFi” this is not even good enough to check emails. Good luck if you want to communicate with anyone, can’t message hosts to ask for a key. And the……

"The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that."
