9.2/10 Wonderful! (833 reviews)
I would not recommend this hotel if you’re driving yourself and don’t speak French. The navigation and directions were the most confusing I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, they operate under the same name at multiple locations, one of which appears shuttered, and a satellite bed-and-breakfast just around the corner. You wouldn’t know any of this in advance, and when I called the front desk for help while standing at the wrong location, the staff showed zero interest in assisting me. They refused to do anything beyond repeating the address I already had, which still left me unable to find the place.
Nantes itself is already difficult to get in and out of by car; this experience made it significantly worse. I am genuinely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service and willingness to help a guest who was clearly lost.
Other than that, the accommodations were lovely, the room was nicely appointed with a small balcony. Still, given the way we were treated, I will never return.

8.4/10 Very Good! (475 reviews)
It's in walking distance to attractions, restaurants and cafes. I booked in a single room but when I went there for check-in I have been told my room was upgraded to double room and didn't need to pay extra for it which was great. The lady in reception was very helpful. The double room was clean and well-equipped.

Super bel accueil!

"No air conditionning, room was super hot (more than 30°C) Ants in the bathroom. Some proper cleaning would be more than welcome ! Window opens on the parking so cannot even open it safely during the night to help with the hot atmosphere. Terrible night, left asap in the morning to find a good bakery ..."
