Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Brise Marine". In the district of Ruguel 4 km from the centre of Cléder, 10 km from the centre of St. Pol-de-Léon, 25 km from the centre of Morlaix, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3.7 km, grocery 3.7 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3.3 km, bakery 3.7 km, café 3.5 km, bus stop 3.7 km, sandy beach "Plage de Crac'h Zu" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 10 km.
