Bright vibrant comfortable family home, 2 golf courses within 5kms, bay views from the kitchen and lounge, walk out the door and have access to stunning bay views and local beach. In the heart of the Bellarine surrounded by wineries and family attractions.
STRICTLY NO pets allowed unless arrangement made prior to booking.

Fabulous house only 50m from the beach front.

Just 75 minutes from Melbourne, the house is located amongst the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula - 15 minutes drive to , Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Portarlington Pier and township. Portarlington offers daily ferry services into Melbourne, those keen to do some sightseeing, shopping and visit Geelong and the Bellarine's finest restaurants and cafes.

With friends, awesome wineries, gin distillery, golf courses, bay beach, surf beaches and Geelong just on your doorstep. There’s something for everyone including canoeing, boating with free boat ramp at Clifton Springs, swimming calm bay waters or just relaxing watching the sunset on beach.

Family friendly with the calm bay beach, or 15 minutes to the surf of Ocean Grove/ Barwon Heads, Queenscliff and the Adventure Park all close by.

CONDITIONS OF STAY

Please enter and exit the property respectfully. The noise levels must be in consideration of adjoining properties between 10pm and 8am. All guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not interfere with our awesome neighbors.

Please leave the house as tidy as it was when you arrived. All damages will be also deducted from guest Bond deposit.

-All bedding linen and towels on last day can be left in laundry please.

-All rubbish from house needs to be taken out to external bins before departure.

-Please wash your dishes and put away, extra cleaning fees may apply.

-Please do not rearrange furniture, check with host in the first instance.

-BBQ must be cleaned or a fee of $100 will be deducted from bond

Strictly no Parties permitted for any gatherings/schoolies on premises.

Any unsociable behavior or illegal activity may result in Police being called and being requested to vacate, with complete forfeit of bond.

Any broken or missing items from property, will be replaced from guests bond security deposit. Full inventory will be done post departure. Any damages or stains to property, will also be repaired by deduction from guests Bond security deposit.

Only those guests named on the Booking may be on the premises between 10pm and 8am.

Valid Drivers Licence Photo ID required prior to arrival day, must be over 25 year olds to secure booking. (Must be received to receive access details to the home)

-We reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately and to remove guests who breach any of the above conditions. In these cases, no refund will be due for money paid including Bond, and we will not be responsible for finding nor funding alternate accommodation.

-We will not be responsible for any other associated costs. If we receive a complaint from our neighbors regarding noise levels after 10 p.m., this will be considered a breach of the Terms and Conditions of your stay, your Bond will not be refunded.
