Staff is friendly but the room was absolutely disgusting. Could not walk around the room without shoes on, had no other choice but to stay there unfortunately or I would’ve left due to how filthy it was. There were bugs, stains on the sheets, walls, furniture, floor. Did not sleep well because of how dirty it was. Had a room that had two beds and one bed was okay feeling and the other one was very very thin. The lobby and hallways smelt not great. Trash is everywhere outside and a lot of people roaming the area or sitting on the curb; if you stay on the first floor, you will hear people talking outside of your window. No amenities, there is a bob Evan’s right out front if you need food. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, I strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

Such a great stay and the owners have wonderful communication! Very kind and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend.

Bar was closed so not food. Swimming pool water temp was great for grandchildren but it “looks” dirty. Towels are awfully thin to be swim towels so need 4 per person. Beds always comfy. Bathrooms do not have fans so need to let steam out after shower. Unfortunately Arely, only one other choice of accommodations and this is always been out choice. Come monthly to visit family

They knocked on my door 2x even though DND was on. And then proceeded to empty out my room as if I was a checkout and toook all of my belongings. Front desk wasn’t able to find anything in housekeeping carts or lost and found. As somebody who’s worked as a guest service agent for years that’s something that housekeeping should not do. Or front desk needs to communicate that a guest is a stay over. Especially if I came at 10am to recheck into my room and housekeeping didn’t come knocking until 12pm. The communication isn’t good on top of that I’m missing more than 6 items totaling over $200 that I’d just spent Saturday for a weekend get a way. Overall the property is nice I stay here all the time but I’m just disappointed this time and won’t be back.
