la chambre est très bien , je suis arrivé très tard dans la nuit mais malgrais tout j'ai réussi à avoir le responsable de l’établissement qui m' a indiqué la procédure pour récupéré la clé de la chambre

Ideális!

Évek óta visszajárunk ide. Csendes környéken van, amit jól meg lehet közelíteni. A szobák mindig tiszták és kellőképpen felszereltek. Jó a wifi, kedvesek a vendéglátók. Egy gombnyomással lehet taxit hívni.

Besvikelse!!!!

Det blev tyvärr ingen vistelse på Caramell Pension…. När vi anlände och skulle checka in fanns det inga rum för oss. Trots att vi hade bekräftelse från Hotels.com fanns inga rum.. De skyllde ifrån sig, skylde på er, att de inte hade fått mail och order, trots att jag visade mitt bekräftelse i mobilen. Fy skam!!!! Dålig stil!!! Visserligen ringde de till ett annat hotel ,och fick rum men det var ändå mkt otrevligt!!!

Hôtel confortable et très bien tenu, personnel charmant. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner copieux mais insipide, tout sous plastic préemballé.

the hotel should tell more clearly, that it is a NON-smoker hotel. i might have chosen differntly if i knew. tell, that breakfast is an option, and the price, please.

- When you arrive early morning, after a long trip, and you have to go to bed without the possibility of taking a shower because of the lack of hot water - that's unacceptable. - Tere is NO elevator. If you need to carry your two 70 lbs suitcases to the first floor, unless you are young and in really good shape, you will feel that you have a lower back and knees, for days after staying at this hotel.
