All of the front desk staff understood English (Russian and Romanian) which made check-in/out easy. The room was large and luxurious with a small balcony. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Daily bottle of water, coffee, and toiletries provided. This was definitely a high-end hotel. It's centrally located and about a 10 minute walk to the main square.
