We offer this new, air-conditioned, pop-style apartment for rent in Collioure, with unobstructed sea views over the corniche and Fort Saint Elme. The 68 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in a luxury, new (delivery June 2023), private and secure residence, 300 from the "Batteries" cove. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The apartment has access to two beaches/creek. It has a private parking space in a secure garage in the residence basement (maximum vehicle height 1.90 m, elevator access). Wifi included. We're waiting for you !

The apartment is ideally located in Collioure, in very pleasant surroundings.
Nearby (less than a kilometer) you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets...

If you choose to come by car : A9 towards Barcelona Exit 42 - Perpignan Sud
From Perpignan : At the Perpignan Sud exit, follow signs for Argelès (D914), take exit 13 (corniche) towards Collioure. In Collioure, take the seafront road to Port Vendres.
You can park directly in the apartment's garage (maximum vehicle height 1.90 m), accessible via the elevator, or in the nearby pay parking lots.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- By bus CERBERE-PERPIGNAN line "Centre Mer Air Soleil" stop
- Nearest train station : Collioure station 4.5 km away (12 mn by car) - TER23 - Cerbère Perpignan Narbonne TGV Direct - Paris Perpignan
- Nearest airport : Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport 44.5 km (45 mn by car)
- By river shuttle : Port of Collioure with mooring area / Boat shuttles from Argelès / Collioure
