Very nice hotel at the lagoon of bacalar, very close by the center, nice restaurant options! Great hotel

An off the beaten path jungle oasis minutes from the lagoon (where they have a private property). Attention to detail and attentive and friendly service. If you want to be away from the crowds of Bacalar but still want a great lagoon swimming experience, this is the place.

We had a wonderful time at Azulea Bacalar. We stayed in the best room they had but unfortunately a few things were not working well. Blackout drapes were not the right size so the windows were not all they way covered. Water pressure was not the best, the terrace was missing furniture with cushions. The hotel was overall clean, the staff was amazing, and the food was seriously sooo good. Quite the chef! Thank you to Miguel and everyone that took good care of us. They reimbursed us for one of the nights we didn't have water.Everyone was so attentive. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!!

We really enjoyed the our beautiful room. The food was delicious and the staff service was amazing! Jonathan and Lauro were on top of all of our needs. I wish I could remember all of the staff names. Wonderful experience!
