RULES **This home does have exterior security cameras placed at the front and back doors. They record both porches, front and back yards, parking pad, and sidewalks 24/7. We have access to cameras at all times** **Parties and events of any kind are not permitted at our property*****We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in the apartment.**

GETTING AROUND -Bird or Lime scooter apps to explore the city via scooter or bike -Uber and Lyft
RULES -We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay. -Parties and events are not allowed
We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
**If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $50 per clean**
**Dog friendly on a case by case basis, $35/day with a $200 cap. PLEASE READ ALL RULES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING. BOOKING CONFIRMS AGREEMENT TO ALL TERMS.

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. • In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours. • No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. • The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside). • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. • All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS • Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft. • We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
