“Very new and clean building and unit. Easy parking. The unit is second floor up stairs. Pet friendly. Eldon was very responsive to questions and accommodating. The area is quiet yet there is pizzeria, cafe, deli, sports bar all in same block. Dilworth is about 10-15 min from downtown Fargo. ”

“Great location with proximity to downtown Fargo. The rental had super spaces for gathering with a group of friends to visit – from the kitchen island to the dining room table to the cozy living room. Master bathroom (and in particular the shower) was awesome! We weren’t able to use the rooftop space due to rainy weather, but I’m sure that would have been an added bonus! Communication with the owner was easy and quick. ”

“Communication and check in was great. Reached out a couple of times to host and he was quick and responsive. Very close to downtown and great options for walking and food. Sleeping arrangements are tight and low on privacy, but perfect for a close knit family. And overall space was used well with space to hang out separate from sleeping area.”

“Overall, we had a great time. The place was very nice, met all expectations, and was quite clean and comfortable. Small things like no extra toilet paper were the only drawbacks but not enough to downgrade to 4 stars. Definitely one we'd use again. The host was very responsive, check in/out was easy, and having a garage to park in was awesome. ”
