It should say if you have a disability this is not a place for you. You have to climb small narrow stairs straight up with no railing to get to a bed. Then you have to stay in a crouched position as the Celling is only 2 foot above your head. My husband was unable to do this do to his knees. The host did not answer my request to speak with her about this. We had to stay 2 nights and he had to sleep on a small pull out couch, very uncomfortable. Not a place for an older person with any kind of disability.

A gem!
Loved this tiny house! It has everything you need. The view is beautiful. This little house is packed with amenities. The neighborhood is quiet. The bed is comfortable. The owner is very responsive!

We had a great time. The building is small as described in the listing but very functional and clean. The backyard is on the water in a quiet neighborhood. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay again if available.

This was my first little house. I loved it and so did the dogs. We learned to pick up after our selves and the guise learn to get back on the river when I opened the door for the dogs to go out. "No animals were injury during this daily routine." The view was beautiful.

Perfect Way to End the Day…
After hectic days of moving our son into his apartment for college, coming back to the quiet/peaceful serenity each night was just what we needed!! Ruth’s tiny home is perfect for relaxing and taking in the sounds/views of nature! Definitely recommend!!

We just stayed 1 night, so we are not sure about shopping, dining ect…. But we highly recommend this cute tiny home. More spacious than we though there would be. We will come back for sure!

Great location
This was perfect for my weekend. I visited, from out of state, to see friends. I felt perfectly safe staying here alone. This lakefront property is lovely. It was located in the back of a very quiet neighborhood. Nice breeze coming across the lake made for relaxing mornings on the swing bench. I will definitely be staying here whenever we cannot stay at our friends' home.

Small
As advertised this place is small and feels smaller than it looks. There were 2 adults and a small dog and we felt cramped. The loft bed was comfortable but the low ceiling made it challenging to get in and out. There is a great view of a lake and the neighborhood is nice enough. The location is convenient to downtown Conway and Myrtle Beach. There is a nice river walk in Conway.

This was the perfect spot for me, my husband, and our dog. We enjoyed a bonfire by the lake one evening, and the view of the lake and sky is beautiful. We saw geese, egrets, squirrels, frogs, geckos, and beautiful live oak trees. The tiny cottage is clean and cozy with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. Our dog loved the freedom to run and play in the leaves. Ruth was kind and informative, and all the little personal touches in the cottage are lovely!

This property was perfect for my solo trip to Conway. I didn’t hang out there much as it was a short stay with a big agenda, but it was well suited for calm nights and uninterrupted get ready time in the morning. Thank you!

Don’t go
This was a nice little place but my partner and I only stayed for 30 minutes tops. I wanted to take a shower and ended up finding a huge roach. I contacted the host and told her about it but when it came time for me to ask for a refund she was very rude. I didn’t stay for the two nights that I booked and had to contact Vrbo to try to get at least some money back. (Still haven’t heard anything back from Vrbo). This is not a place I would recommend for a small get away for anyone. Shouldn’t even be rented out

Amazing stay!
The house was perfect for me and my boyfriend. It was clean, and so cozy! It felt just like home! The location was gorgeous with a view of the lake. It was very clean and felt just like home. We had everything we needed there & it was just right. Ruth was great with communicating with us to make sure all our needs were satisfied! It’s the perfect getaway house! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return!

Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The deck is a wonderful place to enjoy the quiet, and the singing tree frogs ( they are beautiful)! Everything was as described in listing. A great value and a sweet, impeccably clean tiny house.

Perfect weekend getaway
My husband and I had the perfect weekend getaway here for our anniversary. The property is even better than described. The house is clean and has everything you need- coffee pods, towels, sheets, etc. The view is amazing from every spot on the deck. The AC kept the house perfectly chilled when we were ready to come in for bed. We will most definitely be back.

Spring Break
We had an amazing time! The tiny house was actually bigger than we expected and we did not feel squished at all (my boyfriend is 6’1” too!). Ruth was an amazing host and was flexible with the check-in and check-out times which was very helpful. We brought our puppy and he loved it just as much. Fridge was plenty big for a weeks worth of groceries and we loved that there was a cooktop so we could enjoyed home cooked meals. View was amazing!! Thank you so much Ruth!

Great Little House!
Ruth was awesome and her little house was perfect! She communicated with me before I arrived to let me know when she would have it ready and where I could find the keys. She checked on me when I was there to ensure I didn't need anything too. The house was very clean and in a great location! Thanks again for a great stay Ruth!!

Two Peas In a Pod PERFECTION!!
This was just simply beautiful! This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and we were just amazed at the decor, the setup, and accommodations! Ruth even went back to obtain a third pillow for us! The property is well maintained , and so peaceful! Sitting out on the deck at night is just the epitome of relaxation at its finest! I highly recommend this to all!! Thank you Ruth for kindness and hospitality!

Tiny house-perfect for vacation
Although tiny living isn't for us as a our main living situation, it was great for our myrtle beach vacation. The house is very cute and the loft bed upstairs is quite comfy (just bring a fan if you go when it's warmer out). Mainly we just were having a hard time adjusting to a small refrigerator to keep our lunches and daughter's fruits in. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn't care for was the 35-45 minutes drive to the beach (which would probably be better if we left in the mornings instead of afternoon). But for how much less it was per night too stay here vs on the beach, I can deal with that. Then tropical Strom/hurricane Elsa made landfall in Florida and went up the coast-bringing heavy storms and tornado chances with it, so we decided to leave a day early so we wouldn't have to drive in the storms. Much to our surprise our wonderful host refunded most of our last, night-even though the storm was nothing they could control. She met us at the house to let us in and give us a key upon arrival and checked on us a few times as well during our 4 night stay. The house was clean and even some shower soaps, dishes, and COFFEE (great bonus for me lol) were provided. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful slice of peace
We had an amazing stay!! So peaceful to sit by the water on the deck and enjoy the sunrise or sunset! It was a super cute perfect stop for my daughter and I. True southern hospitality!! We can't wait to return!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
