Simply perfect. Magnifique.

Wonderfull location and appartment. The view and the sunset is just stunning. Quite place and the heat in summer is reduced by the freesh breeze in this higher situated place. Appartment is big enough for a family of 4, very clean and got all necessary equipment you need. Landlord lives nearby, is friendly and helpfull whenever there´s a problem. 5 minutes by car to the next beach and supermarket. We loved this place and the time we spent. Access road to the appartment could be repaired.

Maison très bien située à proximité de l'Ile Rousse et visiter Balagne et Cap Corse

Petite maison fonctionnelle avec superbe vue sur la mer. Literie de très bonne qualité. Nous avons même pu apprécier le barbecue malgré le climat de fin de saison un peu maussade cette année. Nous avons passé une semaine en nous promenant dans les beaux villages de Balagne et sur la route du Cap Corse.... Que de beaux souvenirs ! Pour la maison, un petit plus pour certains ustensiles de cuisine qui manquent (ciseau, casseroles un peu grandes pour deux, hotte, ...) et en pleine saison, je pense que la climatisation serait un + pour cette location.

Nicht gastfreundlich

Nachdem wir angereist waren, eröffnete man uns, dass bei Auszug eine verpflichtende Endreinigungsgebühr von siebzigeuro zu entrichten sei. Handtücher und Bettwäsche fehlten komplett und waren auch nur gegen eine hohe Gebühr zu mieten. Das WC war im Bassin verdreckt. Whirlpool und Garten existieren (entgegen dem Inserat bei Buchung) nicht. Die Wohnung / die Küche ist minimalistisch ausgestattet. Die Pfannen waren zb verzogen und das Besteck sehr brüchig. Nachdem wir bei fewo nachgefragt hatten, wie wir uns bzgl der Reinigungsgebühr zu verhalten haben, und wir erfuhren, dass wir nichts zahlen müssen wenn die Gebühren nicht in der Anzeige stehen, kamen abends die verärgerten Vermieter zu uns und hämmerten gegen die Tür. Und verschafften sich unaufgefordert Zutritt zum Haus, um zu kontrollieren. Sie waren äißerst erbost darüber von fewo ermahnt worden zu sein. Die Lage ist dennoch schön, man ist schnell in Pigna und Ile Rousse und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Buchten geflieste oder betonierteTerrasse rund ums Haus.

Hier bucht man richtig!

Sehr zu empfehlendes Domizil, sowohl was das Haus als auch dessen Lage betrifft: gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, nicht abseits aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Für die letzten Meter der Anfahrt zum Haus ist ein Fahrzeug mit ordentlich Bodenfreiheit und Automatikgetriebe von Vorteil (wir hatten beides ;-) Sehr nette und unaufdringliche Vermieterin: Merci Madame Quesnel.

Wundervolle Villa

Herrlicher Ausblick von der großen Terasse, auf die Bucht und das weite Meer mit Sonnenuntergang, perfekt zum Frühstücken und einen gemütlichen Abend. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Utensilien die man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, bummeln kann man wunderbar in Ile Rousse. Mehrere tolle Strände ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein perfekter Ort um Ausflüge zu starten. Und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Genialer Ausblick

Wir waren schon mehrmals auf Korsika. Die Gegend um L‘ille Rousse und Calvi hat uns immer am besten gefallen. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas in den Bergen und man hat von der Terrasse aus einen fast 180 Grad unverbauten traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Im Sommer kann man, sofern es das Wetter zulässt, jeden Abend die Sonne von der Terrasse aus im Meer versinken sehen. Die hausnahen Strände, ein großer Supermarkt und L’ille Rousse sind in ca. 10 - 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett. Wenn das Ferienhaus beim nächsten Korsikaurlaub frei ist, werden wir wiederkommen.

La maison est confortable, très propre et bien équipée. La vue sur mer est magnifique ! La maison est bien située, à quelques minutes de l'île Rousse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils. Des vacances inoubliables !

Bel emplacement et vue mer magnifique

Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre avec une très belle vue et des matelas d'excellente qualité. L'accès à la mer se fait uniquement en voiture (deux très belles plages à distance de 5 minutes). Un marchand de fruits et légumes et un grand supermarché se trouvent à proximité. Les propriétaires habitent la maison à côté. Bon à savoir: il faut amener la literie et les serviettes et l'accès à la maison est en terre battue et assez raide. Des frais supplémentaires pour le nettoyage sont à payer à la fin du séjour.

Traumhaus mit Traumblick

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage in dem herrlich gelegenen Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet und sehr persönlich eingerichtet ist. Die Vermieter empfingen uns freundlich und waren uns bei Fragen behilflich. Zu beachten ist, dass keine Bettwäsche vorhanden ist(Vermieterin stellte uns freundlicherweise welche zur Verfügung) und dass die Endreinigung extra bezahlt werden muss). Zur Verständigung ist Französisch unbedingt erforderlich. Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, dass der Norden der Insel wesentlich sehenswerter ist als der Süden, den wir anschließend besuchten.

Perfekte Villa

Es hat alles gestimmt. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der teilweise geschützten Terrasse phänomenal. Das Bett sehr bequem, das Bad zwar ein bisschen dunkel, aber mit guter Dusche und ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten völlig okay. Separate Toilette. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, nachdem sie uns per Telefon zur Unterkunft (die man nämlich von der Straße nicht sehen kann) gelotst hatte. Die Nähe zu den Stränden ist unschlagbar; ein riesiger Leclerc nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, Île Rousse kaum weiter weg, und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Balagne und die weitere Umgebung unzählig und alle wunderschön. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Mme Quesnel!

Schönes Ferienhaus, super Blick von der Terasse.

Wir hatten in Vorjahren immer ein Haus mit Pool. Da die Strände mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar waren, ist der fehlende Pool nicht unangenehm aufgefallen.
