Great staff, the elevators are small. But the hotel was good and have a great location

The room was clean and had everything needed for the stay, including dishes and supplies. We got everything would expect from the press. I want to suggest the management however, to get better pillows and new bedding sheets.

Here’s a polished version that remains positive while clearly expressing your disappointment with the lunch and dinner offerings: The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and staffed by a team that provided excellent service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish.

Loved the hotel very nice stuff and clean

We usually do not give 5-star reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Everything was excellent, starting with the customer service—everyone was so kind and helpful, and they made our stay effortless. Nuria was especially wonderful, always caring, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was incredible, the parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel is in a great location close to everything. Overall, a superb stay.
