Entire apartment with 3 bedrooms, comfortable accommodation for 5 people. Easy parking, near the fairgrounds and the stadium of Cordoba CFA, is located a few minutes walk from the historic center (about 15 minutes walking).If you come with children will find a playground right in front. animals are always welcome at home provided they are well trained and do not pose a problem for neighbors

Near the center of Cordoba

A small apartment (ideal for 3 people, very small bathroom) in the midst of a simple Spanish residential area. Equipment quite good - new cabinets in the bedrooms would be nice. Relatively quiet and about 10 minutes from the city center. For those who are good on foot and have no problems with stairs. Thanks - the apartment was very neat and clean.

Well equipped apartment in handy location if driving

The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and reasonably priced, with the three bedrooms being great for a family. If you are driving, it is near a major road into Cordoba and there is free parking in the street. There were few parking spaces available, but we found one. It is outside the historical central part of Cordoba but there is a taxi rank nearby in Avenida Granada next to the Banco Santander and it's only a five euros fare to the Mezquita. Only downside is the five flights of stairs, so not suitable for some people.

Accessibilité du centre historique à pied ou en bus

Muchas gracia Marta pour votre accueil. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et calme. Aucune difficulté pour trouver une place de parking gratuite sur la rue. Le centre historique est accessible à pied ou en bus (le 9 ou le 6). Une journée nous a suffit pour visiter avec possibilité de se concentrer sur le centre historique (intérêt +++ pour la Mezquita-catedral). Moins d'intérêt pour la partie moderne de la ville.

Un très bon appartement.

L'appartement est spacieux, bien décoré et bien situé. Pas très loin du centre historique de Cordou qui est très bien pour les gens avec une voiture. On peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue. Marta est très ponctuelle et sympatique et vous donne tous les renseignements nécessaires.

Edificio muy antiguo y muebles también antiguos, pero lo peor es que es un 5º piso sin ascensor y en el anuncio no lo especifica y debería de hacerlo porque resulta engañoso para el viajero. Ademas he hablado con la persona que entrega las llaves y con el propietario varias veces y no se ha hecho comentario alguno. en mi caso que viajaba con una persona mayor fue un serio problema. Muy insatisfecha.

TODO PERFECTO

Todo perfecto, a la llegada nos esperaba Marta que nos atendió maravillosamente y todo lo tenia súper limpio, nos explico autobuses, donde poder comer y desayunar. Esta justo a 20 minutos de la mezquita andando y pasando por el puente romano y el Guadalquivir, a 10 minutos en autobús de la zona centro (tendillas). Lo mejor sin duda su situación y que tiene aire acondicionado en toda la casa sillones de piel y todo muy nuevo, piso recién reformado, ideal familia con niños. GRACIAS

The place looks really nice. we really liked the area. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with (also in English) and everything was good. :)Apartement is in quiet neighborhood but very close to the center. Very easy to move around all the sightseens. Also free parking near by. Apartemento is very tidy, clean and comfortable. . Very nice

Very nice apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a residential area where free street parking is available. It is on the other side of the river from the major attractions in Córdoba - about a 20-30 minute walk or a short cab ride from the center of the city, where the mosque, Jewish quarter, and restaurants are located. The apartment is a 5-story walk up, so this is something to note if you have a lot of luggage, but it was a small inconvenience for a wonderful and quiet place to stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Très agréable séjour

L appartement est spacieux, bien équipé. on peut regretter une salle d'eau étroite et l'absence de cafetière électrique. L'immeuble est très propre et les 5 étages sans ascenseur ne sont pas un problème. Il est situé à 10 mn à pied du centre-ville. Une belle surprise, à conseiller.

séjour sympathique l appartement était très confortable et bien équipé

Malgré un temps maussade nous avons apprécié cordoue. L appartement était très bien équipé et agencé il faut prendre en compte les 5 étages sans ascenseurs mais ça ne nous a pas posé problème. Il est situé dans un quartier populaire calme et vraiment à 10 mn à pieds de la mosquée cathedrale et de l ancien quartier juif - le centre est également accessible à pieds en 30mn max- une agréable surprise en terme de confort et un bon sejour

Bon séjour à Cordoue.

Appartement très bien décoré, situé dans un quartier-cité à proximité du Guadalquivir, qu'il suffit de longer pour parvenir à la Torre de la Calahorra, juste en face de la Mosquée Cathédrale. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la rue adjacente (aucun problème ni dégradation). Merci à Marta qui ne parlait pas français ni anglais mais qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a fait visiter l'appartement. Mention spéciale pour le prix très attractif de cette location.

Muy regular

Cierto es que el piso en sí no esta mal. Pero NO TIENE ASCENSOR. algo que no viene en el anuncio de su página. Es un 5º piso y no me parece mal pero por lo menos dejen que el viajero decida o puede subir cinco pisos andando. Por otro lado la persona que nos alquiló el piso muy solícita hasta que nos enteramos de lo del ascensor y desde entonces todo monosílabos y nada de esa amabilidad anterior. por otro lado la puerta del baño se atasca y más de una vez nos hemos quedado encerrados, y el barrio no es de lo mejorcito de la ciudad. La persona que nos dio las llaves muy amable y Marta con la que yo hable por teléfono de lo del ascensor también. Pero desde luego si lo hubiéramos sabido antes no la habríamos alquilado porque íbamos con una niña pequeña y una persona con las rodillas mal. espero que este aspecto lo corrijan a partir de ahora y me pensaré muy mucho volver a contratar nada con esta plataforma. Con respecto al seguro os aconsejo que no lo contratéis porque a menos que os muráis no sirve de nada, leer muy bien las clausulas de cancelación y los plazos.

Muy acogedor

El piso está en excelente estado, bien equipado y es muy cómodo. Marta, quien lo administra, tuvo una disposición impecable, nos explicó todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El piso está cercano al casco antiguo, a distancia de una caminata moderada o a un autobús que se coge cerca. Quedé muy contenta con el lugar.

Perfect

The flat is perfect locaited, Marta is very nice and helpfull woman. The flat is big, 3 rooms, kichen everything You need for stayjng here. Free parking place. Flat is clean, towels and lining is available. I strongly reccommend the place.

Appartement joliment décoré.

Appartement joliment décoré avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour à Córdoba. Très bien entretenu et propre. Cependant les environs ne sont pas autant agréables que l'appartement. Il est situé au 5 ème étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur. Il n'y a pas de WiFi. Nous n'avons reçu aucun conseil quant à la ville et ce qu'il y a d'intéressant à visiter car avons été reçus par une tierce personne. Mis à part sa situation l'appartement peut être un bon compromis pour une famille.

SEJOUR A CORDOBA

Propriétaires de la location très corrects et accueillants. ils nous attendaient à notre arrivée 00h passé. un petit bémol, la promesse de rétablir l'internet n'a pas été fait durant notre séjour 14 nuits sans connexion, promesse non tenu, il ne fallait pas nous promettre de le faire rapidement. les photos de l'appartement et la description fidèles. l'appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et entretenu et se trouve dans un immeuble propre. Pour ceux qui aiment l'animation l'immeuble se trouve dans un quartier populaire, mais pour les couches tôt un peu de patience. situé proche de lieux historiques pour toutes les visites, même du centre ville pour les amateurs de la marche. le très peu d'indication sur les moyens de transport mérite d'être comblé et serait un plus notamment l'utilisation des lignes du bus, il nous a fallu plusieurs jours pour le découvrir notamment pour se déplacer en ville et dans certains site. bon séjour pour les vacanciers et si c'est à refaire nous le ferons avec plaisir. un grand merci pour l'accueil.
